Styling Denim For Spring
Ironically, I am smiling in this post. But this has nothing to do with feeling down in the dumps. Instead, I am embracing a new colour for Spring and I will be stepping away from predominantly monochrome outfits to add a pop of blue to my wardrobe this Spring / Summer.
There is just something so effortless about a chic relaxed denim and shirt combination. Here I am wearing a gorgeous flared sleeve shirt from Chicwish. Which, you may have seen in my Spring Fashion Haul here. With flared sleeves being bang on trend for SS16, I love the Japanese vibe I get from the shirt’s cut and the combination of stripes makes this a killer statement shirt that I will be getting lots of use out of.
Also, you may be shocked to see that I am not wearing trainers in this outfit post! Instead I went for a chic and relaxed date night look with my Daniel Footwear leather nude heeled pumps. As James and I went to the new Botanist in Knutsford for dinner, which you can see in my weekend vlog here.
