All Hail The Flat Chest!
It is no surprise that I fall into the ‘flat chested’ category when it comes to breast sizes. I was always the girl in school who tried to discreetly stuff her bra with tissue, in the hopes of creating a slither of cleavage. And I literally feared getting ready for PE in a changing room surrounded by girls, gifted with ample busts in their teens. I kept on thinking, my day will come and I must be a late bloomer. But alas, nearly thirty years have passed and my boobs still haven’t arrived. So, I don’t think they will be popping up anytime soon.
I will actually admit that I have never had a bra fitting. This is due to a number of things. From being made fun of by boys in my adolescent years, to feeling masculine and embarrassed by my lack of breasts. And thinking that I don’t need one, as I know I am the smallest bra going anyway. But, after exploring underwear options for small boobs more in the past year, I have discovered a new love of underwear from pretty triangle bras with no padding to stick on bras for that extra boost. So, why not share my new found wisdom with any other lovely ladies with small breasts, looking for comfortable yet sexy and well fitting underwear.
The Backless Miracle Worker
When wedding dress shopping, the worst thing for me was not filling the bust of a dress, but the rest would fit me perfectly. In the end I went for a backless wedding dress – see some photos from my wedding here – and even though it had cups sewn in, I still needed an extra helping hand to fill it out properly. Que stick on boobs!

Oh gosh, thanks so much for this post… I have zero boobs! I never used to care, but now I’m in my thirties, it really des bother me. I also have never been for a fitting as I’m too embarrassed. I live in the lace triangle bars outside of work but I need something more suitable for the office that doesn’t make me look like I’m completely flat chested. I will deffo be ordering some of these and giving them a whirl 🙂

I am the same, but the other way around. I always cared until now, but whether it is because I have finally found some good fitting bras! I definitely need to go for a proper bra fitting in 2017 though, I have put it off too long! xx
I’ve bought loads of those stick on bras but never find they stay in place once you get hot and moving around. £42 is a bit steep but worth if it stated in place all day?

Yes, it is when you look at the price. But, honestly it stayed on all day at my wedding in 30 degrees and has been washed and re-used a few times without loosing it’s stick! Definitely worth it for special occasions xx
I love bralettes – they are such a pretty options and come in some of the most gorgeous laces. Sadly, I need scaffolding for mine so bralettes rarely come in appropriate sizes!
