Marks & Spencer Must Haves…
Autumn is well and truly on the way with darker nights and colder days already setting in. I get excited at this time of year for updating my wardrobe with new footwear – specifically winter boots – knitwear, layers and new colours. If you are ready to embark on updating your selection of clothes for the new season, M&S have released their new MUST HAVES EDIT, which includes stand out pieces from their autumn collection. In today’s post I have collaborated with them to share with you how I will be wearing my M&S MUST HAVES this autumn/winter.
ITS ALL ABOUT THE BOOTS
Boots are a firm staple in my autumn/winter wardrobe. Every year I love to add a beautifully crafted and comfortable pair of leather boots to my footwear collection. From flat boots to high heels, ankle boots or over the knee styles, autumn brings out the best boot styles on the high street. I have always been a firm fan of Marks and Spencer footwear for their quality and especially comfort, so of course I chose this gorgeous pair of real leather knee boots as my hero piece from their MUST HAVES EDIT.
I am used to wearing over the knee boots (when it comes to longer length boot styles), so it is exciting to have an under the knee pair of knee boots to style for the new season. These go perfectly when paired with a midi skirt or dress and over skinny jeans. But I am a particular fan of the 60’s vibes these boots give off when worn with a mini skirt. Which is why I paired the boots with this versatile A-line black button skirt.

OTHER AUTUMN MUST HAVES
Although I like to let the boots do all of the talking as my hero piece of the season, I can’t deny that knitwear is a firm staple in anyones autumnal wardrobe. Well. If you want to go all out then the best a gal can have is a cashmere piece of knitwear. Say hello to my sensationally soft cashmere cardigan, which comes in an array of colours. I love how you can style cardigans lots of different ways: worn alone with a sexy lace bra underneath, layered over a polo neck, worn as an extra layer over a dress, tied at the waist, buttoned up partially or all the way – the options are endless!
