My Tips For Wearing Summer Whites
Wearing white can be a scary thing, especially if you are accident prone to spilling things like me! In addition to a classic white t-shirt, below are some tips on how you can add more white into your wardrobe for the Summer…
START WITH A WARDROBE STAPLE
Rather than jumping in at the deep-end with a head to toe white look, start like I have above by adding one staple white item to your wardrobe to begin creating different looks with. I have recently added a white ripped denim skirt from Missguided to my Summer wardrobe, which I will be able to style in a number of ways from casual to dressy for the next few months.
IF IN DOUBT, WEAR MONOCHROME
A trend that has become popular in the last few seasons has been monochrome. There is something so classic and sophisticated about a black and white outfit. So, if you are struggling for how to wear your whites this Summer, why not start by putting together a black and white look or adding in muted tones, including grey, as I have done above.
MIX TEXTURES
A great way to add dimension to any outfit is to play with textures. Rather than wearing the same material from head to toe, mix things up with the addition of denim, suede, rips or ribbed material.
HAVE FUN WITH IT
Most of all, have fun with it! Try experimenting with looks and different ways to wear the new white editions in your wardrobe and if you need some extra inspiration take to Instagram or Pinterest to see how everyone else is wearing their Summer whites!

Usually wear my summer whites once….. can't get them clean enough to wear again. Like you prone to spills :-). Seriously tho. white trousers work well for me with a brightish top.
I'm so paranoid every time I wear white. I keep checking for stains and trying to not touch anything, anyone. I always ending up staining myself anyway. Smh.
