Stripes Are Here To Stay

Stripes will forever be a staple in any women’s wardrobe. One way to incorporate classic stripes into your everyday outfits is to invest in a striped shirt. This blouse is £14 from www.matalan.co.uk and is their hero piece of the season.

Challenged to show you how I would style their hero shirt I decided to pair my striped shirt with a classic pair of skinny jeans, comfy slip on shoes and an amazing Chloe Faye dupe. This outfit is under £100 and looks a lot more expensive, don’t you think?

Where To go in Macclesfield

To showcase my striped look we went to explore Macclesfield for the day, on my favourite Sunday of the month: The Treacle Market. On the last Sunday of each month The Treacle Market displays the best local produce on the historic cobbled streets of Macclesfield.

Showing just how versatile the striped shirt can be accommodated to your wardrobe, I wore my Matalan outfit to explore my favourite haunts in my home town, Macclesfield.
