Givenchy Boot Dupes

I know I have been posting a lot recently about how to get the designer look for less. Are you sick of it yet? Do let me know if you are! Today I have another post for you on the desirable and hard to get hold of Givenchy studded buckle boots.  So, when I came across this pair on the Jessica Buurman site – my new found goldmine for designer dupes that are also great quality – I instantly knew that I wanted to go for this version over the cut out ones, which they also do a copy of.

In answer to the title question. I can confirm that these Givenchy studded buckle boots are….DUPES!

My Givenchy Studded Buckle Boot Dupes

There is a risk with buying designer dupe shoes. But, I have been truly shocked and impressed by the quality, fit and like for likeness (if that is a word) of the designer dupe shoes at Jessica Buurman. I mean, these buckle boots look a lot more like the Givenchy ones that my Miss Pap boots – in this post here – and the Topshop version, which you can buy here. Purely because they don’t have a zip at the side (as the Givenchy don’t do either) and the shape of the toe / boot is pretty much identical. The only thing that is missing is a discreet Givenchy stamp in the leather on the side.

*For anyone thinking of buying these shoes. If your feet are at the top end of your shoe size I would recommend sizing up. I went for the size 9 and they fit like a glove!

Buying Designer Dupe Shoes Online

When it comes to buying designer dupe shoes online, there are a few things to look out for, especially if buying them from Ebay! As I have size 8 feet I either cannot find them in my size, a most are manufactured in China. I don’t know why but most of the time it means the sizes are smaller. Or, they say they are a size 8 when in fact I can barely get my toes into them. A lot of the time they can be made from cheap materials too, or look completely different to the imagery when they arrive.

My tip for when buying designer dupe shoes online would be to make sure that you are able to return them, should you need to. And, also to not get your hopes up too much until they arrive. Just in case a pair of black round toe slip-ons arrive when you thought you were receiving a nude pair of Valentino Rockstud lookalikes!
