When Shoeaholics got in touch and asked if I would like to style a pair of shoes and handbag from their new in Carvela Kurt Geiger range I instantly fell for these Saint Laurent inspired under the knee boots. They have an effortless slouch about them, cone heel and pointed toe to perfection. This is the Saint Laurent equivalent here and here is my pair, which discounted on Shoeaholics are 1/10th of the price at £129. They are crafted from real suede have a manageable heel height and look just divine, but I don’t need to tell you that. Just look at the pictures in today’s post!

STYLING SLOUCH BOOTS: THE OUTFIT
I am a sucker for a preppy vibe, probably from my love of Gossip Girl! After seeing the ever Sassy Chloe Plumstead in this headband I bought it straight away. Paired with my new favourite cheked blazer from Mango – you can’t go wrong with a checked blazer – and a recent ASOS denim dress purchase I thought that the boots prettyy much took centre stage in finishing off this preppy look.

Other ways I would wear these boots include over skinny jeans with a cardigan (and nothing underneath) or under a midi skirt with a statement t-shirt.
